What Happens Behind the Scenes

When you save a note, Lexic's AI gets to work. Here's what happens in the background:

1

Note saved

Your content is securely stored and versioned.

2

Entities extracted

AI identifies people, organizations, projects, concepts, locations, and more from your text.

3

Embeddings generated

Your note becomes searchable by meaning, not just keywords. Find related content even with different wording.

4

Connections discovered

The AI links your note to related notes in your lexicon. Same person mentioned elsewhere? Now they're connected.

5

Content type detected

Meeting notes, research, ideas, decisions - Lexic automatically understands what kind of content you're capturing.

All automatic. You just write. The AI handles structure, connections, and organization. Your knowledge graph grows with every note.
