How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within minutes.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings β†’ Data β†’ Export. You can export notes as Markdown, JSON, or PDF. Enterprise users have additional bulk export options.

Why isn't entity extraction working?

Entity extraction requires sufficient context. Very short notes (under 50 words) may not have enough information for accurate extraction. Try adding more detail to your note.

How do I add team members?

Navigate to Settings β†’ Team β†’ Invite Members. Enter their email addresses and select their role. They'll receive an invitation to join your workspace.

What browsers are supported?

Lexic works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Manage Subscription. You can downgrade to Free or cancel at any time. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
